Request a consult: open the TGH Virtual Health App and choose to request a consult. This can be done from wherever is most convenient for you; no need to travel anywhere when you aren’t feeling well. Provide your medical history and pay for your visit with a credit card. OnDemand urgent care visits are only $49!
Talk to a medical expert: With short wait times, within minutes, a state licensed provider will review your medical history and contact you to begin the consult. Consults have no time limit and you can speak with the provider for as long as you need to.
After your visit: After discussing your medical symptoms, the provider will answer any questions and recommend next steps for treatment. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted directly to your preferred pharmacy.
